Gabe Ko

Gabe Ko is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Technician at NextFlex since November 2023. Previously, Gabe worked as a Personal Computer Support Technician at NASA Ames Research Center, where responsibilities included providing enterprise IT support for over 1,000 users, maintaining hardware compliance with NASA security standards, and developing strategies to enhance team performance. At Quantcast, Gabe held the position of Technical Account Specialist, successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch numerous campaigns, providing training for new hires, and utilizing SQL and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance. Gabe also gained experience as a Technical Support Specialist Intern and served as a public speaker at Toastmasters International. Education includes training from Year Up United and studies at De Anza College.
