Gabe Ko is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Technician at NextFlex since November 2023. Previously, Gabe worked as a Personal Computer Support Technician at NASA Ames Research Center, where responsibilities included providing enterprise IT support for over 1,000 users, maintaining hardware compliance with NASA security standards, and developing strategies to enhance team performance.
