Matthew Hung

Matthew Hung is a Mechanical Engineer at NextFlex, associated with the Advanced Technologies Group since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at LTA Research, where impactful contributions were made to projects focused on building a humanitarian airship, and a similar role at Armada Aeronautics, which involved the development of urban VTOL aircraft and hands-on experience with CAD models and 3D printing. Additional internship roles at UL encompassed Senior Test Engineer Intern and Test Engineer Intern, where efficiency improvements and SAR testing were performed. Matthew also has a background in tutoring, having worked both privately and at The Tutors Learning Center. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, along with a Minor in Mathematics from the same institution.
