Edwin Chen

Edwin Chen has extensive experience in marketing, beginning with an Associate Brand Manager role at Frito Lay in 2003. Edwin then moved to Target as a Buyer for Pet Food & Litter in 2006. In 2009, they became a Brand Manager for Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day at Caldrea. From 2012 to 2016, they held the role of Director of Marketing at Boulder Brands. In 2015, they became the Director of Marketing at Good Karma Foods, Inc. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Director of Marketing for Plant-Based Foods (Gardein & Earth Balance) at Boulder Brands. In 2017, they were appointed as VP of Marketing at Next Level Burger. In 2019, they became a Brand Strategy Consultant at ETC Brand Group. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at The Phoenix.

Edwin Chen has obtained an MBA in Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University.
