Joseph Thomas

Joseph Thomas is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and transactional law. Currently serving as the founder of the Law Office of Joseph S. Thomas P.A. since May 2023, Joseph provides outside general counsel services to various businesses and individuals. As General Counsel for NextFund since May 2021, Joseph oversees legal matters for a diversified investment company focused on multiple technology sectors and a substantial commercial real estate portfolio. Additionally, as a Charter Member of TechGC, Joseph engages with peers to share best practices within the legal field. Previous roles include Deputy General Counsel at Revcontent and Associate General Counsel at Clickbooth. Joseph holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
