At NextGem Foundation, we believe every child deserves the right to a dignified future — including children in orphanages.

For too long, children in orphanages have existed in a system that is underfunded, unstructured, and unprepared for their futures. Our work is to build the systems that change that by giving them the skills, character, and opportunity to grow into capable, contributing members of society.

We do this through three structured programmes:
• Spotlight — talent and sports competitions
• Support — education and welfare funding
• Refiners — weekly volunteer placement

We are Nigeria's leading development programme for orphans, and our goal is simple: to build a pipeline that takes a child from orphanage to opportunity.
