George Radu

George Radu is an experienced operations project manager at NextGen Communications, overseeing key initiatives in the South Region since September 2009. Responsibilities include validating business cases, coordinating technical projects for infrastructure modernization, managing FTTB and FTTH network expansion, and establishing operational KPIs. Radu also has a background as an executive manager, where coordination of a local team and customer retention were pivotal. Prior experience includes technical management at S.C. NewCom Telecomunicatii S.A. and administrative roles at SC Prosoft Computers SRL, complemented by engineering experience at Mechel. Radu holds an engineer's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Universitatea „Valahia” din Târgoviște and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Nicolae Titulescu Pucioasa.
