Michael Pollard

Mr. Pollard joined NextGen Capital in 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience in executive leadership, real estate development, and direct investments. Prior to joining NextGen, Mr. Pollard was the President of Beaulieu Group, LLC, the third largest flooring manufacturer in North America. Mr. Pollard led the company through restructure, consolidation, and the eventual sale of the business. While in his role at Beaulieu, Mr. Pollard personally oversaw and completed over $65 million dollars of real estate transactions on behalf of the company and ownership. Mr. Pollard founded and was the CEO of Centaur Consolidated Companies from 2005 – 2015 owning a diverse set of businesses and real estate. Mr. Pollard is a former elite-level equestrian and a two-time national champion in Three-Day Eventing. In 2011, he won a gold medal at the Pan American Games as a member of the United States team. After he retired from competition, he served on the board of the United States Equestrian Federation and as the athlete advisor to the United States Olympic Committee.
