Rupali Patil

Rupali Patil is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior People & Culture Partner at Nextgen Clearing Ltd since October 2025. Previously, Rupali worked as a Regional HR Business Partner for Prodapt, where responsibilities included enhancing workplace experiences and collaborating with senior leaders in the EMEA region. As the inaugural HR Business Partner for Inchtone, Rupali established the HR function and led key projects. Prior roles include Assistant Manager HR at Larsen & Toubro, focusing on Employee Engagement and Performance Management, and Assistant Manager - Business HR at Sarla Technologies, where Rupali progressed from an Executive HR. Early career experience encompassed HR Operations at Allied Digital Services Limited and an internship at Tech Mahindra, contributing to recruitment and selection strategies. Rupali holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Aston University, an MBA in HR from Indira Institute Of Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering.
