Michael Luu

Michael Luu serves as the Community Recruitment Director at NextGen Matters since January 2025, focusing on expanding a network of educators and professionals to support students. Prior to this role, Luu held significant positions in sales leadership, including Executive Vice President of Sales at Residential Bancorp from June 2012 to February 2025, where expertise in the mortgage lending field was applied, and at Mortgage Banking Consultants from July 2009 to June 2012. Additionally, Luu served as CFO and EVP of National Production at BankersWest Funding Corporation from July 2002 to June 2009, contributing to the strategic financial management and sales efforts within the organization.
