Roman Ferdman

Roman Ferdman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and operations as well as strategic planning. Currently serving as Head of IT and Operations at NextGen since February 2022, Roman has also been a Strategic Partner at Tiffany & Co. since 2016, where responsibilities include developing long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's mission while collaborating with the executive team on key decisions. Prior to these roles, Roman was a Team Manager at Bucherer AG from 2004 to 2015, leading a diverse jewelry team and focusing on goal setting, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
