Will Blott

Will Blott is an experienced professional in people and culture strategies, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at NextGen.Net since April 2020. In addition, Will is the founder of IfHowNow, a consultancy established in November 2015, focused on enhancing organizational performance through tailored solutions. Other advisory roles include positions at elenta and Slyp, and a previous tenure as Head of People at Cover Genius and Chief People Officer at DNW Group.
