NextGen exists because too many BC entrepreneurs are building alone.
Building without the right conversations. Without access to the people shaping the economy they operate in. Without a room where they can think out loud with other founders who actually understand what it takes.

We started NextGen because we believe the most important thing a founder can do is be in the right room at the right time with the right people. Not once a year at a conference. Consistently. Every week. In real conversations that lead to real relationships.

That belief drives everything we do.

NextGen Business Summit is our flagship annual gathering, one day, one room, 250 founders, business owners, investors, and the government and business leaders who shape the BC economy. The summit is the anchor. But it is not the whole story.

NextGen Conversations is our weekly Tuesday morning coffee chat. No agenda. No pitch decks. No moderator. Just founders showing up at 7:30 AM to talk honestly about what they are building, what they are struggling with, and what they are learning. Fifteen people maximum. First coffee is on us.

NextGen Roundtable is our fortnightly facilitated discussion. Twelve seats. One topic. Ninety minutes. The kind of conversation that changes how you think about your business, not because someone told you what to do, but because you heard twelve perspectives you had never considered before.

Everything we build comes back to the same idea. Founders who are connected to the right community build better businesses. Founders who build in isolation burn out, make avoidable mistakes, and miss the opportunities that were sitting one conversation away.

We are not building a network. We are building a movement of BC entrepreneurs who refuse to build in the dark.
If that resonates with you, you belong here.
