Phil Cox

Phil Cox is a business executive with experience in the banking and retail industries. Phil is currently a board member at NextGen, a company that provides software for the retail industry.

Phil began their career in 1999 as managing director at RBS. Phil then moved to Torex Retail in 2005, where they served as CEO of the company's overseas businesses. In this role, they were responsible for managing businesses in 10 countries with 850 employees.

In 2008, Phil became head of London at Bank of Scotland. Phil held this position until 2009, when they left to join NextGen.
