Shelly Morales

Shelly Morales is currently an advisor at NextGen. Shelly has also been a member of the board of advisors at both NextGen Cyber and Censia. From March 2020 to August 2021, they were the chief people officer at Balbix. Prior to that, they were the vice president, global head of HR at Quantenna Communications from August 2018 to July 2019.

Shelly Morales has a certification in Business Management & Strategy from the HR Certification Institute. Shelly is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
