Jean-Albert

Jean-Albert, known as "J-A" Nyssens, is a partner at Odgers, specializing in executive search and leadership consulting. Previously, they held significant roles at McKinsey & Company, where they were a co-leader of the EU Retail & Consumer Goods Practice, and at EY as a partner in the EMEIA Advisory. J-A co-founded platforms such as CoachCircle and Gnoothi, focusing on coaching and social networking, respectively. They have participated in various non-executive board roles, including with the Wallonia Export & Investment Agency and NextGrid. J-A holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.
