Justin Wright

Justin Wright has held various roles in the past four years. In 2020, they became the Director of Operations and Operations Manager at NextGrid Inc. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder and Consultant at Abacaxi Consulting from 2016 to 2020, and a Project Consultant at WGL Energy from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they were a Graduate Fellow at the Schaefer Center for Public Policy at the University of Baltimore, providing training and development consulting expertise to nonprofit and local government organizations.

Justin Wright has a diverse educational background. Justin began their studies at Virginia Tech, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature in 2014. Justin then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore in 2018, as well as a Certificate in Global Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2019, Justin Wright completed a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from both the Universitat de Barcelona and the Université de Bordeaux.
