Nexthermal
Nexthermal is a collaborative electric heater manufacturing company that focuses its passion and energy toward custom designing electric heaters, systems and assemblies. When heat is "vital" to your application, the most cost-effective process improvement you can make is a heater designed specifically for your operating conditions. Nexthermal can combine your process knowledge and objectives with our extensive thermal transfer expertise. This collaboration can lead to shorter cycle times, improved product quality, and extended throughput capabilities. Many companies can sell you a commodity, off-the-shelf heater. Nexthermal raises the bar by designing the right heater profiled specifically for your process. We do this by learning everything about your process, then engineering the heater that will give you the best performance, last longer, and reduce downtime. Many manufacturers accept the limitations of their current heaters as the status quo because other heater companies tell them that's as good as it gets. Let Nexthermal show you how the right heater for your application can last longer, increase throughput, decrease downtime, improve product quality, and increase your ROI. • Cartridge Heaters • Coil Heaters • Flexible Tubular Heaters • Ceramic Infrared Radiant Heaters • Sensors Applications: • Plastic and Rubber • Medical • Food • Packaging • Hot Glue • Diecast • Pig Farrowing • Poultry Brooders • And many, many more
