Carlos Labarta has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Carlos began their career at Atos Origin as an IT Systems Administrator from January 2001 to March 2005. Carlos then joined T-Systems as a Technical Consultant from March 2005 to January 2008, where they managed Service Management and Inventory tools and implemented projects for various customers. After that, Carlos worked at CA Technologies, starting as a Consultant for the Service Management practice from January 2008 to August 2010. Carlos then took on the role of Senior Consultant from February 2019 to September 2019 before becoming a Services Architect from July 2019 to June 2022. During their time at CA Technologies, they worked on pre-sales and customer projects, created complex architectures, and implemented integrations between systems and services. Currently, Carlos is employed at HCL Technologies as a Services Architect since July 2019. Finally, starting from June 2022, they serve as a CSM at Nexthink.

Carlos Labarta completed their education at LA BASTIDA in 1998, obtaining a degree in Electricidad (Electricity). In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career.
