Daniel Genoves has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology and telecommunications industry. Daniel started their career as an intern at Corporación Digitel in 2011 and later worked as a Transmission Specialist in their Transmission team. Daniel then joined Protokol GIT - Comverse Technology as a BSS Support Engineer, followed by a role as an ETBOSS Support Engineer at Elephant Talk Communications, where they were responsible for support for the CRM module for different MVNOs.

In 2016, Daniel joined Amdocs as a Technical & Business Operations Analyst, where they monitored their MVNE solution and performed ticket analysis and queue management. Daniel also worked at Afiniti.com, starting as a Lead Technical Support Engineer, where they provided initial assessment and troubleshooting for support helpline calls and emails. Daniel later became a Global Support Supervisor, managing technical support engineers and ensuring smooth production processes.

Currently, Daniel is working at Nexthink as a Premium Support Specialist, providing support and resolving issues for clients. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong technical and communication skills, collaborating with teams and effectively resolving problems to meet client needs.

Daniel Genoves started their education in 2004 at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they pursued a degree in Engineer with a field of study in Telecommunications. Daniel completed their studies at UCAB in 2011. In 2010, Daniel also had the opportunity to participate in an ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING (ECE) PRACTICUM at North Carolina State University, further enriching their knowledge in the field of Telecommunications.
