Gerald Goh - Implementation Specialist

Gerald Goh has extensive work experience as an Implementation Specialist, with a focus on customer success and professional services. Gerald Goh started their career at Software Dynamics Sdn Bhd in 2003, where they served as an IT Consultant, providing pre and post-sales support. Gerald Goh also took on the role of project team leader for several key projects. In 2010, they joined Baobab Software as an IT Consultant, where they conducted demonstrations, proof of concepts, and provided installation, configuration, and training support for the company's product line.

In 2015, Gerald moved to CA Technologies Automation (previously Automic Software) as a Presales/Professional Services Consultant. Gerald Goh continued in this role until 2018 when they joined CA Technologies as a Senior Services Consultant. At CA Technologies, they worked on automating processes and provided professional services to clients.

In 2018, Gerald joined Nexthink as a Services Consultant, where they continued to provide implementation and consulting services. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Professional Services Lead at Virtech, where they led the professional services team. Currently, they are working at Nexthink as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on ensuring the success of customers' implementations and providing ongoing support.
