Inês Stettler has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Inês started their career in 2008 as a Temporary Assistant at the State Secretariat for Migration SEM in Switzerland. From there, they worked as a Promotional Hostess at Promotion-Tools AG, Be my guest, USP Partner AG. In 2014, they took on a Communication and Public Relations Intern role at MCH Beaulieu Lausanne SA, where they planned communication, PR, and social media strategies for various fairs.
In 2015, Inês joined Philip Morris International as an iQOS Expert and later became an iQOS Community Activator, promoting and selling the innovative product. In 2017, they interned as a Marketing Research Analyst at Innovation Atelier Ltd, where they observed and analyzed consumer behavior patterns for clients. Inês also worked on a complex research project involving eye-tracking technology.
In 2017, they returned to Philip Morris International as an RRP Customer Care Team Lead, contributing to the improvement of IQOS' product retention on the Swiss market. In 2018, Inês joined MindMaze as a Product Marketing Manager, where they defined and maintained neurorehabilitation medical software and repositioned the product to target a new customer segment.
Inês'smost recent work experience is with Nexthink, where they held various senior positions. Inês started as a Customer Advocacy Manager in 2019 and then became a Global Partner Marketing Manager in 2020. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Partner Marketing, leading a team of partner marketers. In 2022, they took on the role of Senior Manager of ABX & Partner Marketing, overseeing a team focused on ABX playbook creation and partner marketing programs.
Throughout their career, Inês has received several recognitions and awards for their performance and contribution to revenue marketing and demand generation teams. Inês has demonstrated expertise in global go-to-market strategies, sustaining marketing plans, and building strong marketing partnerships with global and regional strategic partners.
Inês Stettler began their education by completing their Maturité Gymnasiale at Gymnase Auguste Piccard from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on the subjects of Philosophy and Psychology. Inês then attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management from 2011 to 2014.
Inês subsequently pursued their Master's degree at the same institution, completing a Master in Management - MScM with a specialization in Marketing from 2015 to 2017. During this period, they also studied abroad as part of an exchange program, attending Copenhagen Business School for a semester to focus on Neuromarketing and Product Innovation.
In terms of additional certifications, Inês obtained The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage in April 2020. Inês also obtained a certification in Customer Advocacy from LinkedIn in February 2020, and an IELTS - International English Language Testing System score of 8 out of 9 from the British Council in January 2015.
