Ines Wanz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ines first worked as a Business Development Manager at Alactel AG from 1998 to 2000. Ines then joined Hewlett-Packard as a Business Development Manager for Mobility Solutions EMEA, where they worked from 2000 to 2008. Following that, Ines worked at Microsoft Corporation as a Regional Services Executive for Global Practice Mobility EMEA from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, they transitioned to Sicap AG, where they served as the WW Business Development Manager until 2012. In the same year, they briefly worked at Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH as the Director of B2B IT Division. Ines then joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH in 2013 as the Manager of Global Major Accounts & Strategic Alliances and worked there until 2015.

Ines took a sabbatical from work in 2015 and returned in 2016 to join IWA Focus Consulting as an IoT Innovations specialist. Ines'smost recent role is at Nexthink, a software company, where they started in 2019 as a Customer Success Management professional.

Ines Wanz received their Master's degree in Economics from Karl Franzens University in Graz. Ines pursued their education in this field from 1984 to 1991.
