Senior Tech Sourcing Specialist at Nexthink

Inma Jiménez has been working since 2018, starting at IRIUM as an IT Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and managing candidates for clients such as Accenture, Everis, BBVA, IBM, and IECISA. Their focus was on recruiting IT profiles including Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Full Stack Developers, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, DevOps, and QA Automation Engineers.

In 2019, they joined The Cocktail as a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they worked closely with Managers and Directors from the Technology and Data & Analytics areas. Inma helped define recruiting strategies and team growth strategies, contributing to the definition and development of policies, procedures, and practices for Talent Management and Growth and Development.

Currently, Inma works at Nexthink as a Senior Tech Sourcing Specialist, starting in 2020. Their previous role at Nexthink was as a Technical Sourcing Specialist, where they were responsible for sourcing new candidates and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Inma also defined and implemented recruiting strategies using a data-driven approach.

Inma Jiménez completed a Data Science Bootcamp at The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 2018 and 2020. Inma also pursued a Degree in Psychology through the Seneca Program (SICUE) at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2017 to 2018. Inma started their higher education journey by earning a Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca, which they completed from 2014 to 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Inma obtained the following: a Data Analyst certification from The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator in January 2023, a Python Fundamentals certification from The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator in January 2023, an SQL certification from The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator in January 2023, an SQL certification from Sololearn in September 2022, and a Python for Beginners certification from Sololearn in August 2022.
