James Finsthwait started their work experience in 2015 as a Real Estate Intern at Qualman Associates, where they provided assistance with maintenance work, repairs, and financial transactions. From 2019 to 2019, they worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at O'Neill and Associates, where they created a social media posting schedule and managed clients' social media accounts. In 2021, they joined ADP as a Major Accounts Upmarket Sales Trainee, and later became a Sales Development Representative for Major Accounts Upmarket. Currently, they are working at Nexthink as an Enterprise Business Development professional, focusing on digital employee experience management.
