Jordan R. has a diverse work experience spanning over many years.

Jordan started their career in 2010 at Northern Trust, where they worked as a Lab Manager and later as a Jr. Certification Planner until 2012.

In 2012, Jordan joined Rexam as a Global Application and WS Analyst, where they created software packages, scripts, and maintained operating system images for up to 10,000 desktops globally using SCCM.

They then moved on to Baxter International Inc. in 2012 and worked as a Technical Specialist, creating software packages and maintaining the software distribution infrastructure using Marimba and Winbatch. They also played a significant role in implementing LANDESK Management Suite for software distribution and patch management for both Baxter and Baxalta.

In 2015, Jordan continued their career at Shire as a Senior Technical Specialist. Here they had a wide range of responsibilities including implementing LANDESK Asset Central and Xtraction for tracking cost, usage, and inventory of hardware and software assets globally. They also developed and implemented software reclamation processes, built integration points between LANDESK Management Suite and ServiceNow CMDB, and managed LANDESK Management Suite infrastructure.

In 2017, Jordan returned to Baxter International Inc. as a Senior Technical Specialist, where they were involved in implementing LANDESK Management Suite, designing and building back-end infrastructure, developing processes, and training support technicians.

Recently, in 2019, Jordan joined Ivanti as a Sales Engineer, and in 2021, they moved to Nexthink, where they currently work as a Sales Engineer.

Throughout their career, Jordan has gained extensive experience in software packaging, distribution, inventory management, and technical support for various organizations.

Jordan R. attended DeVry University from 2006 to 2007. However, there is no specific information about the degree or field of study. Prior to that, Jordan R. attended Palatine High School from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a High School Diploma in 2006. Additionally, Jordan R. obtained a certification in "Application Packaging Using Admin Studio 2013" from Flexera Software in April 2014.
