Marta Sukhno

Marta Sukhno has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marta currently serves as a Certification Program Manager at Nexthink, where they are responsible for managing the certification program. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner Enablement Manager at the same company, focusing on enabling partners to deliver value and increase sales through effective training and enablement. Marta also served as an Instructional Designer at Nexthink, where they designed and developed training content.

Before joining Nexthink, Marta worked at Swatch Ltd. as an E-learning Project Leader. In this role, they supported different markets by providing online training for retail staff worldwide. Their responsibilities included developing engaging e-learning content, managing the learning management system (LMS), and coordinating translation management.

As a freelance Instructional Designer under the title "Lifelong Learner," Marta collaborated with various European companies to design and develop e-learning courses. Marta conducted learning needs assessments, created course storyboards, wrote scripts and copyedited content from subject matter experts (SMEs), designed graphics, and edited videos using tools such as Storyline and Captivate. The projects they worked on covered a wide range of topics, including language courses, sales training, and onboarding programs.
