Meg Donovan

Meg Donovan is the current Chief People Officer at Nexthink. Meg has over twelve years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to their current position, Meg was the VP of HR Americas at PTC from September 2014 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for building and supporting the HR strategy to provide information, tools, and guidance on effectively managing and maximizing human capital. Meg also oversaw a team of HR business partners and the Employee Services center of excellence to provide business solutions that increased employee contribution, capability, and commitment. In addition, Meg led and delivered change management initiatives in support of organizational transformation goals.

Before joining PTC, Meg was the Senior HR Manager at Mueller Systems from May 2010 to September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading and executing talent management strategies and workforce planning initiatives. Meg also facilitated the in-house senior leadership development program for Director level and above employees. In addition, they were a member of the M&A due diligence and integration teams.

Prior to Mueller Systems, Meg worked as an HR Generalist at OnProcess Technology from March 2008 to May 2010. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.

Meg Donovan graduated from Simmons University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Meg then earned their certification in SPHR from HRCI.

Meg Donovan reports to Pedro Bados, CEO & Co-Founder. Meg Donovan works with Jon Cairns - SVP, Technical Services, Samuele Gantner - Chief Product Officer, and Daniel Corcoran - Senior VP, General Counsel.
