Nuno P.

Nuno P.'s work experience begins in 2018 as a Video Editor for BSW Group. They then joined Nexthink in 2019 and held multiple positions, starting as a Product Support Engineer. In this role, Nuno troubleshooted L2 technical issues with the Nexthink product, conducted remote sessions with team members, customers, and stakeholders, and created automation tools to improve workflow. Later at Nexthink, Nuno became a Software Engineer and eventually advanced to the position of Software Engineer 3.

From 2011 to 2014, Nuno P. pursued their Bachelor's degree in Sound & Image at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto.
