Raphaël Anthamatten

Raphaël Anthamatten has diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Raphaël most recently served as the Director of Information Technology at Nexthink, a global leader in digital experience management. In this role, Raphaël was responsible for creating highly productive digital workplaces for employees and ensuring optimal end-user experience through real-time analytics, automation, and employee feedback.

Prior to their role at Nexthink, Raphaël worked at LeShop.ch, the Swiss market leader among online supermarkets and a subsidiary of Migros. Raphaël held various positions in the company, including Head of Infrastructure & Operations and IT Infrastructure Manager. Raphaël successfully built, motivated, and mentored a team of engineers during their time at LeShop.ch.

Before that, Raphaël worked at ELCA Informatique SA as a Senior Systems and Network Engineer / Project Manager. Raphaël gained technical expertise in Linux, networking, and other technologies while operating mission-critical online services, including multiple datacenters.

Raphaël started their career as an IT consultant at Blue Infinity and Philip Morris International. Raphaël provided consulting services in the field of information technology at both companies.

Raphaël Anthamatten began their education in 1994 at ETML Ecole Technique et des Métiers, where they studied Electronics until 1998. Following this, they enrolled at HEIG-VD - School of Business and Engineering, Vaud in 1998 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecom in 2003.
