Vlad Valceanu

Vlad Valceanu is a seasoned Software Engineer with a robust background in software development and team management. Currently at Nexthink since April 2022, Vlad focuses on a cross-platform slice of the Nexthink collector agent. Previously, Vlad served as an Engineering Manager at Meta, leading a Software Platform team on system abstraction for VR and AR devices, and as a Data Engineering Tech Lead at Bitdefender, overseeing ETL processes and data pipelines. Vlad's extensive experience includes managing software development teams and pioneering projects in antivirus solutions, machine learning, and data integration at Bitdefender over multiple tenures. Vlad's career commenced as a C++ Developer at Computer Voice Systems while still in high school, and education was completed with a BS in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
