James Dwiggins

James Dwiggins is the co-founder and chief executive officer of NextHome, Inc., a national real estate franchise. They launched NextHome as an independent national franchise in January 2015, and the network has opened 500+ offices in 48 states with more than 4,600 members. They are a co-founder of Rayse, started in 2020, and continue to contribute as part of its leadership. Earlier in their career, they co-founded VREO, Inc., served as vice president from 2000 to 2006, and VREO developed biometric signature software and a paperless real estate transaction system; the company was acquired in 2017 by YourMLSsearch.com and GoPaperless Solutions, Inc. They also co-founded USA Virtual Tours, Inc., and held leadership roles at Lenders Choice and Realty World Northern California & Nevada.
