Gerardo Mathus

Gerardo Mathus is a seasoned technology executive, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Hybridge Education and Nextia: Laboratorio Digital since January 2021 and January 2014, respectively. As a Co-Founder of Iniciativa Inviértete, A.C. since January 2016, Gerardo has been dedicated to enhancing community development through human capital creation, technology utilization, and innovation promotion, with a focus on democratizing future skills like programming and data analysis. Previous experience includes a role as Software Engineer at Proveedora Mexicana de Monofilamentos, S.A. de C.V. from May 2013 to May 2016, and a Research Assistant & Application Developer position at Universidad Panamericana from August 2012 to May 2013. Gerardo holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York University and a Master of Science in Data Science from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, alongside an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Administration.
