Martin Mathus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and education. Currently serving as the Director General at Hybridge Education since September 2020, Martin focuses on creating a flexible and interactive online school for digital technologies in Latin America. As a Co-Founder and CEO of Nextia since May 2014, Martin has spearheaded over 70 software and data projects across Mexico and North America, specializing in digital transformation strategies, product development, and user experience design. Additionally, Martin co-founded Eugenia, a software solution for residential building management, and Iniciativa Inviértete, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to modern educational resources. Previous experience includes a role as Asesor Jr. at the Senate of the Republic in Mexico. Martin holds an MSc in Economic Development from The London School of Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCL, and diplomas in Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management.
