David Fennell

David Fennell is the current General Counsel at NexTitle. Prior to that, they were with Realty Resource Law Group, P.S. and RCO Legal, P.S. where they served as Senior Counsel. David has been practicing law since 1995 and has vast experience in the field.

David Fennell has a Doctor of Law from Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin. and Political Science from Lewis & Clark College.

They work with Kaleb Howell - Technical Support Specialist, Lisa Kahihikolo - President, First Hawaii Title, and Janaya Carter - VP, National Title Operations. David Fennell reports to Stephen Routh, CEO.
