Randy Cornwall

Randy Cornwall is currently the President of NexTitle Puget Sound. Prior to this, they were the owner of Ally Escrow from May 2019 to August 2021. Randy has also worked as an attorney at Demco Law Firm, P.S. from July 2014 to September 2019 and at Davidson & Sons Customs Brokers LTD. From November 2011 to August 2013, they worked as a real estate broker at Windermere Real Estate. Additionally, Randy has been Co-Owner/Designated Escrow Officer at Point Escrow, LLC from June 2014 to March 2019. Randy's other previous positions include Associate Attorney at Bullivant Houser Bailey from February 2000 to May 2002 and Owner at Ashcroft Legal & Escrow Services, PLLC. from July 2002 to June 2011.

Randy Cornwall graduated from Lake Washington High School. Randy then went on to study political science at the University of Washington, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree. Finally, Randy Cornwall attended Seattle University School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree cum laude in the field of law.

They work with Megan Griffiths - Customer Service Manager, Lisa Kahihikolo - President, First Hawaii Title, and Kristy Anstine - VP, National Escrow Operations. Randy Cornwall reports to Stephen Routh, CEO.
