Matt Karpowitz

Matt Karpowitz currently serves as the Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Nextiva since August 2022. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at Lumen Technologies from October 2019 to August 2022, including Sr. Director of Customer Success and Sales Director I. At CenturyLink Business, Matt worked from April 2001 to October 2019, progressing through positions such as Sr. Director of Sales Operations and Regional Business Manager, where responsibilities included establishing sales quotas, forecasting models, and managing significant budgets. Earlier career experience includes roles in special pricing analysis at Embarq and tariff analysis at Sprint, along with an executive producer position at NewsWest 9 from August 1998 to March 2001. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, specifically in Broadcast Journalism, from Brigham Young University.
