Robert Erny

Robert Erny is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of the People Team at Nextiva since August 2020, Robert oversees the global HR Business Partner and Talent Management functions for offices in the US, Mexico, and India. Prior to this role, Robert was the Director of National HR at Conifer Health Solutions, where responsibilities included supporting 3,500 team members nationwide. Earlier career roles include HR Business Partner at ARGO and various recruiting positions at Technology Recruiting and Consulting. Robert holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing Management from Western Illinois University.
