Dan Hart

Dan Hart is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and music industries. As Co-Founder and CEO of a Stealth Mode Startup since 2023, Dan is focused on commercializing breakthrough technologies in a multi-billion dollar market. In addition, Dan co-founded Nextivity in 2009, where as Exec Chair, oversees ASIC-driven wireless products utilized by over 200 mobile network operators globally. As Managing Partner at Morrigan Capital Partners since 1996, Dan played a key role in the formation of Silicon Spice, which was acquired by Broadcom for $1.2 billion. Dan is also a Co-Owner of Obsidian Music, contributing to the creation and distribution of original music worldwide, and served as a Board Member for Summit Powder Mountain from 2018 to 2020, chairing the Operating Committee for North America's largest ski area. Dan co-founded Echo Networks, a digital music startup, from 1999 to 2004. Dan holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
