Frederic Hayem has extensive experience in the engineering field. Frederic started their career at VLSI Technology SARL France as a Design Engineer from 1996 to 1998. Frederic then joined Philips Semiconductors as an ASIC Design Engineer from 1996 to 1999 and later transitioned to the role of Senior Design Engineer from 1999 to 2001.
In 2001, Frederic joined Zyray Wireless as the Director of ASIC Development, where they worked till 2004. Frederic then moved to Broadcom, where they served as the Senior Manager of Engineering from 2001 to 2007.
Since 2007, Frederic has been associated with Nextivity. Frederic initially served as the Director of ASIC Engineering, a position they held until 2020. Following that, they became the VP of Engineering until 2022, and currently holds the role of Senior VP of Engineering.
Frederic Hayem pursued their education from 1985 to 1988 at CentraleSupélec, where they earned a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Microelectronics.
