Hung Mai

Hung Mai has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Stellcom for three years. Hung then joined Magis Networks as a Staff Engineer, where they worked for three years until 2003. Hung then joined Texas Instruments as a Senior Design Engineer in 2004, before moving to RFMD in 2005, where they worked as a Staff Engineer until 2006. From 2006 to 2018, Hung worked at Qualcomm as a Staff Engineer. Following that, they joined Semtech as a Senior Staff Engineer from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Principal ASIC Engineer at Nextivity, starting in May 2022.

Hung Mai obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a focus on Communication Systems and Computer Science from UC San Diego during the period from 1984 to 1988. Hung later pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a specialization in Communication Systems from 1990 to 1993.
