Joëlle Pidoux

Joëlle Pidoux has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and accounting. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Junior External Auditor at KPMG for a year before joining Noble Resources as an Accountant for EMEA Shared Services from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they worked at SICPA as a Consolidation & Financial Analyst from 2010 to 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Finance and Accounting Manager at NXC - OPEN RELIABLE. In 2015, Joëlle joined Metalor Technologies SA as a Senior Group Consolidation Analyst for a year. Joëlle then moved to LumX Group in 2016, where they held the position of Financial Reporting Director until 2019. Currently, Joëlle is working at NextKidney SA as the Finance and HR Manager, starting in 2021.

Joëlle Pidoux obtained a Master's degree in Management from the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, HEC Lausanne, from 2002 to 2006. In 2015 to 2017, they completed a Diploma in Federal Expertise in Finance and Controlling from Cursus Formation - Finance par Virgile. Joëlle's education continued in 2019 to 2020 with a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in Management and Leadership from HEC Lausanne and EPFL. In 2020, they attended IFAGE for a short course on Gestion des salaires and assurances sociales.
