Lee Adams began their professional career in 1998 as a Software Engineering Support Specialist at Compaq Computers. In this role, they acted as a technical liaison for the Document Management Facility (DMF) application and implemented 200+ programs utilizing the DMF application. Lee also established new methods/procedures and instituted 95% of new projects in DMF database structure. In 2006, Lee moved to Hewlett-Packard as an Engineering Program Manager. As part of a 3-person program management team, they supported and advised cross-functional engineering project teams with up to 90+ engineers. Lee also performed project management, gathered requirements, designed and engineered solutions, oversaw change control management, performed conversions, and monitored performance. In 2011, Lee joined NextLabs as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for project managing NextLabs enterprise data security software upgrade projects, identifying gaps in customer satisfaction and recommending and implementing actions to remedy, and managing the Customer Support on-boarding process. Lee was also responsible for proactively ensuring that NextLabs customers were smoothly transitioned into post-implementation product support, had support issues addressed in a timely manner, and continued to have a high level of satisfaction in their day to day use of NextLabs products.

Lee Adams attended the University of Phoenix from 1996 to 2002, studying Information Technology.
