Sharon Baumgartner

Sharon Baumgartner has over 30 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sharon began their career in 1988 at Raychem as an HR Representative. In 1990, they moved to RAYNET as a Sr Admin Asst to Tom Edrington. In 1993, they became the Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Imagicast. After that, they joined Aesculap as an Human Resources Manager in 1998. Later that year, they were hired as the Director of Human Resources at Interstate Brands, Inc., where they were a member of the Northern California Senior Management team and drove Human Resource strategies in partnership with local bakery management. In 1999, Sharon was hired as an HR Manager at Sprint Nextel and also took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Wego. Finally, in 2008, they were hired as the Human Resources Manager at NextLabs.

Sharon Baumgartner's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended San Francisco State University between 1978 and 1980, studying Music. Sharon also attended the College of San Mateo between 1975 and 1978, also studying Music.
