Thomas Hii has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. Thomas began their career in 2007 as Director of Research and Development at Technodex Solutions Sdn Bhd. In 2012, they joined Protech Synergy Sdn Bhd as CTO. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Engineering at NextLabs.

Thomas Hii attended The University of Western Australia.
