Sascha Gepp is currently the Head of Systems Operations at next layer GmbH, a position held since 2025. Previously, Sascha worked as an Operational Excellence & New Projects professional and Head of IT Operations at CANCOM Austria from 2023 to 2025. With experience as a System Engineer at ACP IT Solutions and various roles at bwin, including System Operation Center Associate, Sascha has developed a strong background in IT operations and systems management. Additionally, Sascha began their career in technical support at Magenta Telekom in 2006.
