We specialize in helping you discover and optimize strengths, change habits and establish leadership practices to close gaps and drive high levels of engagement. Why? Because we believe in sustained superior performance. In fact, our mission is to empower others and provide solutions utilizing proven methods and best practices in knowledge building.

How do we get the job done? Coaching managers, providing online and in-person sessions, and serving as a resource for future change.

While the subjects may be serious, Next Level -> Next Step™ takes a positive, innovative approach in inspiring greatness for adults within organizations of all sizes.

How do we begin?
1. By engaging with your highest-level leaders. If your leaders do not carry the charge forward in this effort, you can’t effectively change the culture, turn raw talents into solid strengths, and transform behavior.

2. Second step? Provide every employee the opportunity to develop substantial habits and discover their strengths.

3. Third step? Rely on strengths coaches – whether you build an internal network or use ours - managers will need practical insights in order to integrate these habits into performance management.

4. Finally, rethink current programs. Instead of focusing on improving weaknesses, focus on what’s right in a person. Focus on strengths. Focus on habits. Focus on empowering leadership that challenges, inspires, and rewards the future.

Next Level -> Next Step™ is a recognized leader in providing outside-the-box and customized educational solutions. Our solutions are results-focused and are primarily research-based, substantiated empirically by millions over decades.

We leverage the primary teachings and proven practices from Gallup CliftonStrengths, Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People & The Leadership Challenge.
