Michael Falconer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael is currently the Director at Cellora Limited, a company focused on developing eco-friendly alternatives to synthetic chemicals and pesticides. Prior to this, they served as the Alternate Director at Future Green Solutions.

Michael also has a strong background in investment banking, having worked for 12 years at Credit Suisse in New York and New Zealand. Michael later founded Empire Management Limited, where they served as the Managing Director. Empire Management provides advice and support to business owners and managers to maximize the value of their company. Michael has worked with various entrepreneurs and business owners across different companies, including Synlait, Orion Health, Wellington Drive, Compact Sorting, BBC Technologies, and Signature Homes.

In addition to their work at Cellora and Empire Management, Michael has held leadership positions at Tullba Limited, South Pacific Fire Protection, Cardrona Distillery, Orion Health, NextMinute, and Onside. These roles include being a Director, Chair, Co-Founder, and Chairperson.

Michael Falconer attended Auckland Grammar School from 1982 to 1986, where they received a Junior Scholarship. Michael then went on to study at The University of Waikato from 1988 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Management Studies (first class honours) with a focus on Management, Economics, and Japanese.
