Parul Agrawal

Parul Agrawal has over 20 years of work experience in program management, product development, and social entrepreneurship. Parul began their career in 1999 as an Entrepreneur at IET Education in Ghaziabad, where they founded a coaching institute to help aspiring students get accepted into top tier educational institutions in India. In 2007, they became a Social Entrepreneur at Takshashila Gurukulam in Dadri, where they created a new business model involving digital learning with an emphasis on reading. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Product and Program Manager Consultant at IYCWorld SoftInfrastructure Pvt. Ltd., where they lead a team of content professionals for preparing innovative accelerated learning content for schools in the area of science and maths. Since 2014, they have been a Senior Program Manager at Nucleus Software, where they managed a complex, high risk product development program comprising of hardware, client software, embedded software and server with secure key management. In 2020, they joined NextNav as a Senior Program Manager.

Parul Agrawal obtained their Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from PREC loni between 1994 and 1998. Parul then obtained their class 12 in Science from Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre between 1992 and 1994. In 2015, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in April. Finally, they obtained their PGEMBA in Business Analytics from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad between 2018 and 2019.
