Rich Prokop

Rich Prokop is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, system diagnostics, and product architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at NeXTnet since December 2024, Prokop previously held positions at 3nets.io as a Senior Engineer and at Lenovo as a Senior Software Engineer Architect, where involvement in launching the Hyperscale Networking Group was notable. Prokop's earlier tenure at IBM included management roles and contributions to critical hardware interface and connectivity issues, while experience at Blade Network Technologies focused on embedded system diagnostics. Prokop's career began at Nortel Networks and has involved pivotal roles in developing diagnostic architectures and software for various high-profile companies.
