Traci Malone has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Traci started their career at the University of Kansas as an IT Manager from 1996 to 1999. Traci then joined Sprint Nextel and held various positions including IT Account Manager/Business Analyst from 1995 to 2009, Systems Integrator in 2005, Technical Architect from 2000 to 2005, and Systems Administrator from 1999 to 2002.

Afterward, Traci worked at HRS Erase as an IT Implementation and Support Specialist in 2010. Traci then moved to Saralux LLC, where they worked as an Application Support Specialist from 2011 to 2015 and later as a Sr. Application Support and Training Specialist from 2015 to 2017. Their responsibilities at Saralux included providing implementation and ongoing support for third-party software, managing core business systems, recommending software solutions, facilitating process mapping and improvement efforts, and developing training programs.

Traci then joined DST Systems as a Sr. IT Business Relationship Manager from 2017 to 2020. Traci was responsible for managing relationships between IT and business stakeholders. Following that, they worked at the Olathe School District as a Senior Information Systems Analyst from 2020 to 2021 and as a Senior Information Systems Engineer from 2021 to 2021.

Currently, Traci is employed at NextPage Kansas City as an Information Technology System Analyst since 2021 and is also serving as the Manager of PMO & Governance since 2023. Their role involves managing projects, ensuring governance, and overseeing the project management office.

Throughout their career, Traci has gained experience in various areas of IT, including project management, systems analysis, implementation and support, business relationship management, and training.

Traci Malone obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business from The University of Kansas, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In August 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
